Our return policy

All clothing item sold by Elizabeth’s Custom Skirts are custom made to your measurements  and to your specification; we try our best to prevent return on a custom made item, therefore It is important for us to have correct measurements when making your custom clothing.

We provide video and written instructions on how to take your measurements, we can also skype with you, You can also have your measurements taken by a professional before sending to us.

Once you place your order we will contact you to confirm your measurements and your choice of fabric.

We will upload the color for your viewing before we sew.

When you have received your custom made purchase, if you have a problem please contact us, if the problem is our fault we will sew and replace your item free of cost.

Our work

Our skirts, Blouses and dresses are fully lined and neatly tailored, customers will have the option to select the type of fabric they need,  make any special request for custom order,   change the fabric color for all our styles .

Lost or non delivery
We ship with express and free flat shipping service only with a tracking number. However, if you did not receive your order within the given time please contact us. We will track your order from our end and if it is lost in shipping we will make full replacement of your order and re-ship for free.
